For monthly subscription of €10, you get access to my explanatory videos and class. All my classes are based on repetition of low-impact, strength-building and muscle-balancing moves, with attention to good form and breath awareness. My client loyalty and testimonials speak for themselves. With regular practice, Pilates is truly transformative for the body; it is particularly beneficial during the peri-menopausal and menopausal years.
You choose how much time you have, perhaps five, 10 or 20 minutes through to a full 60-minutes class. Some for beginners, others for more seasoned Pilates lovers. You’ll find restorative, gentle classes and others at faster pace. You’ll find videos that help ease tight necks or aching shoulders. You’ll find some barre classes, along with snappy abdominal or gluteal burn sessions!
