Working through levels one and two of the classic mat pilates repetoire, this class suits those who have experience of pilates (or who are very body aware from doing yoga or similar). Work on core strength, flexibility and body alignment under watchful eye of experienced STOTT PILATES instructor. Move mindfully and improve your balance!
